We do our best to offer our customers the most affordable price for our products possible. Therefore, we cannot offer returns or refunds for the completed orders. We will only replace our product within 7 days of receipt if it is accidentally damaged during the shipping, or if it is a wrong product. In such case, please submit your request for exchange to email@example.com, and ship your product back to us by using a registered courier service, and we will exchange it for the correct/ new item. Shipping & handling fees for the returned product are non-refundable.
